How do I sign up as a personal trainer?
Short answer
Sign up through the join page. Complete your account and profile, have your KVK registration verified, add services and prices, connect Stripe for payouts, and set your availability. Then submit your profile for review. The TrainerLink team reviews the application; after approval, your profile can become bookable.
What you need¶
- A KVK registration and business details for verification.
- A Stripe payout account; Stripe processes your payouts.
- A clear service description with session length, location format, and any terms for an intake or trial session.
Sign up in six steps¶
Create an account and confirm your email address. Then complete your profile with your specialisations, approach, and region.
Add the location formats you offer, such as a gym, studio, outdoors, at your location, or online.
Enter your KVK and business details and complete the verification.
Add at least one service with its session length, price, location, and terms; rates per session or package are public.
- Connect and verify Stripe so that payouts can be received.
Set your availability and submit your complete profile for review. After approval, your profile can become bookable.
