Short answer
Look for a specific team-building or vitality service for your group. Check the activity offered, how many people can participate and where the session takes place. Compare duration, price per participant and conditions. A category does not mean a coach automatically offers a tailored programme for your company or whole team.
On TrainerLink, a service is individual, for a duo or a group class. A duo session is for exactly two people. A group class has room for 2 to 20 participants; each participant books and pays for their own place with their own account. You cannot book your whole team at one group price in a single booking. Check the minimum and maximum number of participants the group class lists.
Clarify your goal, group size and preferred location. Check which equipment and facilities the service provides. Do not assume venue hire or additional services are included unless the description explicitly says so.
Explore specialties and services in the trainer directory. Check that the participants and location fit the description, which times are available and which cancellation conditions apply. Ask for clarification through the available contact route before paying if anything is unclear. Services vary by coach and area.
