How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; between 24 and 6 hours, you receive 50% back. Within 6 hours, no automatic refund is issued.
Can I see prices on TrainerLink without an account?Yes, you can view and compare public services and prices without an account. You need an account to make a booking.
Which payment methods can I use on TrainerLink?After you select Book now, your booking remains in awaiting_payment for 15 minutes. Pay through Stripe with iDEAL; after successful payment, your booking is confirmed.
