Which payment methods can I use on TrainerLink?

Short answer

After you select Book now, TrainerLink holds the chosen time slot for 15 minutes and sets your booking to awaiting_payment (waiting for payment). Pay through the secure Stripe flow with iDEAL; the booking page shows the status and deadline. Once the payment succeeds, your booking is confirmed. The trainer does not need to approve this individual booking.

In three steps

  1. Open your booking page and check the 15-minute payment deadline.

  2. Select the payment option and complete the payment through the secure Stripe flow with iDEAL.

  3. Check your booking status after returning. When it is confirmed, your booking is complete; if the payment failed, follow the next step shown.
