Use the five checklist steps to set up your trainer account: profile, KVK, service, Stripe, and availability. The checklist shows your progress. You become bookable only after TrainerLink approves your account, you are not suspended, publication is not blocked, and your Stripe payouts are ready.

This applies when

You have just created a new trainer account.
You want to know which steps are needed before clients can book.

The five checklist steps¶

Complete your profile. Add your details through your profile settings.
Check your KVK in Business details so your business verification is correct.
Add a service through Services and prices. You cannot schedule slots without a service.
Connect Stripe in the Payout details panel under Business details.
Set your availability through your schedule: create slots for the times you want to work.

Result

You have completed all five steps and TrainerLink has approved your account. Your profile is then live in the directory and clients can book an individual session with you.

Having trouble?

Is your profile still invisible to clients? Run through these checks. If your account approval status is not yet approved, statuses such as draft, pending, changes requested, or rejected mean that TrainerLink has not released your account yet. If you are separately suspended, bookings are paused even after approval. If publication is blocked or your Stripe payouts are not ready, you are not bookable yet. Resolve the issue you find and check your status again in your dashboard.
