Manage your push notifications in Settings under Notifications. Turn notifications on or off there so you decide what you receive on your device.

This applies when

You are receiving too many or too few notifications.
You changed notification permission and want to restore it here.
You want to know where your notification preferences are.

Adjust your push notifications¶

Open your settings and go to the Notifications section.
Review which notifications are enabled and turn each switch on or off according to what you want to receive.
Leave the section; your choices then apply to new notifications on this device.

Result

From that point on, you receive only the push notifications enabled under Notifications and none of the types you disabled.

Your device also matters(Info)

If your device itself does not allow TrainerLink to send notifications, nothing will arrive, even with everything enabled. If notifications are missing, first check your phone or browser's system settings as well as the Notifications section in TrainerLink.

Are you turning notifications off temporarily, for example during a holiday? Remember that you will also miss booking and scheduling alerts. Keep the Notifications section in mind so you can turn them back on just as easily. If you cannot resolve the issue or a switch behaves strangely, contact support so we can investigate.
