Upload your profile photo

Upload or replace your profile photo through Settings > Profile. Choose a clear, recognisable photo of yourself; clients see it on your public profile.

Upload or replace your profile photo through Settings > Profile. Choose a clear, recent photo in which you are easy to recognise and save your change. The photo is part of your public information and is visible to clients on your public profile.

This applies when

You do not have a profile photo yet.
You want to replace your current photo with a more recent one.
You want to know what to look for when choosing a photo.

Upload your photo¶

Open Profile under your settings.
Under your profile photo, choose the option to upload an image and select a photo from your device.
Position and crop the image so your face is centred and clearly visible.
Save your change to apply the new photo.

What to look for¶

Choose a recent photo in which you are clearly visible. Clients see your photo together with your name, bio, and specialisations on your public profile; a recognisable portrait helps them feel confident about their choice. Avoid images in which you are barely visible, such as distant landscapes or logos. Keep your portfolio for images of your work; your profile photo is about you.

Result

Your new profile photo is saved and shown on your public profile with your other public information.

Having trouble?

Cannot upload the photo? Check that your image is a common file type and that your internet connection works, then try again. If the message persists, try a different image. If it still does not work, save your other profile changes first and contact support.
