On your public profile, clients can see your specialisations, bio, service area, photo and portfolio, your services with their price, duration and location format, your verified reviews, and your availability. Your email address, phone number, KVK details, address, and notes remain private and are never shown publicly.
This applies when
- You want to know exactly what clients see on your profile.
- You want to check that your private information stays private.
- You are unsure whether a piece of information may be public.
Public to clients¶
These details together make up your public profile:
- Your specialisations, bio, and service area.
- Your profile photo and portfolio with examples of your work.
- Your services, including price, duration, and location format.
- Your verified reviews from clients.
- Your availability.
Together, these details show clients who you are, what you offer, what it costs, and when you have availability.
Private and never public¶
The following details always remain hidden from clients:
- Your email address and phone number.
- Your KVK details.
- Your address.
- Notes that you keep about your account or clients.
Do not put contact details in public text(Warning)
Remove contact details, links, social media, or addresses from public text. The same rule applies to your profile, portfolio, and services: arrangements and direct contact must go through TrainerLink, and the editor warns you if public text contains any of these.
Result
You know exactly which details clients can see and which remain private; your public profile contains only the details in the public list above.
