How TrainerLink works
TrainerLink connects clients with independent coaches. Clients compare coaches and book a session directly; coaches present their services and receive bookings and payouts through the platform.
For clients
Search and compare
Search by city and sport. You can view profiles, services and public prices without an account.
Choose a service and time
Pick a service and a free time in the coach's calendar. You see the total price and the conditions in advance.
Book and pay
Sign in and choose Book now. The time is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay securely with iDEAL. Once the payment succeeds, your booking is confirmed; the coach does not need to approve an individual booking first.
Train, check in and review
After booking, you can chat with your coach. At the session you check in with your coach's QR code, and afterwards you can leave a review.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; between 24 and 6 hours in advance you get half back. The conditions shown with your booking apply.
For coaches
Create your profile
Sign up and describe your sport, approach and area, with a profile photo.
Verify your business
Have your KVK registration checked and connect Stripe so you can receive payouts.
Set up services and availability
Add up to three active services with duration, price and location, and set your availability. You set your own rates.
Get approved and receive bookings
Submit your profile. Once TrainerLink approves it, clients can find and book you; paid bookings are paid out to you through Stripe.
TrainerLink deducts a platform fee per paid booking from your payout. The current rates are in the terms. View the terms
