Emergency during or around a session

In immediate danger, always call 112 first. TrainerLink is not an emergency service and cannot provide emergency assistance; report the incident through support afterwards so we can take action.

If there is immediate danger, always call 112 first. Contact TrainerLink only after that; we are not an emergency service and cannot provide emergency or medical assistance.

This applies when

  • Someone is injured during training and needs immediate help.
  • Violence is threatened or you feel acutely unsafe.
  • There is a medical emergency during or shortly after a session.

What do you do first?

Call 112 and follow the emergency services' instructions. Stay with the person if it is safe to do so, clearly give your location and wait for help to arrive. Are you unsure whether it is an emergency? Call anyway; let the emergency dispatcher make that assessment.

Has the acute situation ended and have you arranged help? Tell us what happened. If it concerns a specific booking, use the Support option for that booking. If that does not work, email support@trainerlink.nl with the date, time and a short description. We will then assess which follow-up steps are appropriate, such as reviewing the relevant accounts and bookings.

TrainerLink is not an emergency service(Safety)

TrainerLink cannot provide emergency assistance, give medical advice or send an ambulance or police. Always call 112 first and use TrainerLink only for follow-up afterwards.

Stay calm and clear for your own records: afterwards, note what happened, who was there and when. Those details help both the emergency services and our later handling of the report.
