Do I need to approve a booking first?

No. A new individual booking automatically moves to payment. You receive information but do not need to confirm or reject it.

No. A new individual booking automatically moves to awaiting payment. You receive an informational notification, but you do not need to approve anything. After the client pays successfully, the status changes to confirmed.

This applies when

  • You wonder whether you need to handle a new individual booking.
  • You see a booking marked awaiting payment.
  • You want to know when a booked session is final.

How an individual booking works

  1. A client chooses an available time slot and clicks Book now.

  2. The booking automatically appears as awaiting payment. You receive an informational notification only; there is no approval action.

  3. The client completes payment through the booking page.

  4. Follow the status in your dashboard. After a successful iDEAL payment, it changes to confirmed and the session is fixed. If the payment deadline expires, you see payment expired.

Result

A new individual booking requires no action from you. Only a successful payment changes the booking to confirmed.

Policy

This explanation covers individual bookings. Group bookings, packages, older bookings, and other flows may have their own statuses or review steps. Always check the status and any deadline for the specific booking in your dashboard.
