Booking statuses explained for trainers

A new individual booking automatically moves to awaiting payment and becomes confirmed after successful payment. You do not need to approve it.

The status tells you where a booking stands. A new individual booking automatically moves to Awaiting payment. After a successful payment, the status changes to Confirmed; you do not need to approve the booking first.

This applies when

  • You want to know what the status of a booking means.
  • You see an unfamiliar status in your dashboard.
  • You want to know when a session is final in your schedule.

Booking statuses at a glance

  • Awaiting payment — the payment action is ready for the client. Any deadline appears on the booking page.
  • Payment expired — the displayed payment deadline passed without a successful payment. The booking page shows whether trying again is still possible.
  • Confirmed — payment succeeded; the session will take place in the agreed time slot and is fixed in your schedule.
  • Completed — the session has ended and been recorded, usually after check-in.
  • Cancelled — you or the client cancelled the booking; the cancellation rules determine the financial outcome.
  • Refunded — this booking includes a refund to the client.
  • Requested or rejected — these statuses may still occur for an older booking or another flow. New individual bookings do not have an approval step.

One status is authoritative(Info)

The status shown for the booking in your dashboard is always authoritative. Use the status and deadline shown there when planning and considering payouts, rather than assumptions about the flow. A temporary price check that expires before Book now is not a booking status.

Policy

This explanation describes the usual statuses for individual bookings. Group bookings, packages, and older booking flows may show extra intermediate steps or different labels. In every case, follow the status of the specific booking in your dashboard.

Result

You can identify every status in your dashboard and know whether you still need to do something or can simply wait.
