Manage your login details in Settings under Account. That is where you change your email address and password. Combine this with a strong, unique password and caution around suspicious messages to keep the basics secure.
This applies when
- You want to change your password or email address.
- You have seen your password exposed somewhere it should not be.
- You want to protect your account more generally.
Change your email address or password¶
Open your settings and go to the Account section.
Enter your new email address or password there and confirm the change as requested.
Use your new details the next time you log in. If that does not work, repeat the step or use the password reset flow.
General tips¶
- Choose a long password that you do not use anywhere else and store it in a password manager, not in a notes file.
- Do not share your login details with anyone; support will never ask for them either.
- Log out on devices that you share with other people.
- Do not click links in messages that claim to come from TrainerLink but feel suspicious; always go to the site or app yourself.
- If you see activity you do not recognise, change your password immediately.

Your login details are current and known only to you, and you can recognise suspicious messages before responding to them.
