This applies when

You have a question or problem about a booking, package or payment.
You want to dispute attendance or report an incident.
You do not know where to find something on the platform.

Choose the right route for your question¶

General question: email support@trainerlink.nl with a short description and, if needed, account details such as your registered email address.
Question about one booking: open your bookings overview, open the booking and choose Support there. Your booking details are included automatically.
Question about a package: open your packages overview, choose the package and use the Support option there.

For every report, say what happened, on what date and time, and what you expect. The more complete your message, the faster we can check what was recorded. We do not promise a fixed response time, but every report is handled.

Having trouble?¶

Can you not find the Support option for a booking or package? Email support@trainerlink.nl anyway and include the date, time and trainer for the appointment. We will find the right booking ourselves. If you receive messages that claim to be from TrainerLink but look suspicious, include them in your reply; do not click unknown links yourself.

Do not share sensitive information(Privacy)

Never send passwords, payment card details or identity documents by email. Support will never ask for them. Use only official channels, such as this email address and the buttons within the platform.

Call 112 in immediate danger(Safety)

If your health or safety is in immediate danger, always call 112 first. TrainerLink is not an emergency service and cannot provide emergency assistance.
