Payout not active yet? Here's how to fix it

Your Stripe payouts have five statuses: setup_required, in_review, restricted, rejected, and payouts_active. Payouts are active only with payouts_enabled plus active transfers. Here is what to do for each status.

Open the Payout details panel under Business details and check your status. setup_required means verification steps are still open; in_review means Stripe is reviewing your details; restricted or rejected means you need to add information or contact support. Payouts are active only with payouts_active, payouts_enabled turned on, and active transfers.

This applies when

Your checklist shows Connect Stripe as complete, but your status is not active.
TrainerLink cannot pay out your earnings yet.

What each status means¶

Open Business details and go to the Payout details panel.
If you see setup_required, complete the open verification steps through Connect payout account or Complete verification.
If you see in_review, wait for Stripe to review your verification; there is nothing to fix.
If you see restricted, add the missing or rejected information in the same panel and submit it again.
If you see rejected, contact support@trainerlink.nl to discuss what may be possible.

Active means fully active(Info)

Only payouts_active means that TrainerLink can pay you, and only when payouts_enabled is on and transfers are active. Check all three points in the panel before you assume everything is ready.

Result

Your status shows payouts_active, payouts_enabled is on, and transfers are active. Earnings from bookings are then paid automatically to your linked account.
