Your account has one approval status with five values: draft (draft), pending (pending), changes requested (changes_requested), approved (approved), and rejected (rejected). Suspension is separate. You become bookable only when you are approved, not suspended, your Stripe payouts are ready, and publication is not blocked.
This applies when
- You want to know what your current status means.
- You wonder why you are not bookable despite being approved.
The five approval statuses¶
Draft (draft): your sign-up has started but has not been submitted. Complete your checklist and submit your profile.
Pending (pending): your profile is with TrainerLink for review. There is nothing for you to fix; keep an eye on your dashboard.
Changes requested (changes_requested): TrainerLink wants you to make changes. Make the requested changes and submit your profile again.
Approved (approved): TrainerLink has released your account. This is the basis for visibility, but it is not the only requirement.
Rejected (rejected): your sign-up was not approved. Contact support@trainerlink.nl to discuss what may be possible.
Suspension is separate¶
In addition to the approval status, an account can be suspended separately (suspended). A suspension stops bookings even if your status is approved. When the suspension ends or is lifted, bookings resume once your other requirements are also met.
Bookable means more than approved(Info)
Even with an approved status, you are bookable only when you are not suspended, your Stripe payouts are ready (payouts_active), and publication is not blocked.

You can read your own status in your dashboard and know the logical next step for each one: complete, wait, make changes, go live, or contact support.
