Your sign-up starts on the join page. Create an account, complete your trainer profile, have your KVK checked, add your first service, connect Stripe for payouts, set your availability, and then submit your profile for review. You become bookable for clients only after TrainerLink approves your account.

From account to review¶
Start your sign-up through the join page and confirm your email address.
Complete your trainer profile through Profile: name, bio, specialisations, service area, and photo.
Check your KVK in Business details so your business verification is in order.
Add your first service through Services and prices. Clients cannot book anything with you without a service.
Connect Stripe in the Payout details panel under Business details so payouts can be made.
Set your availability through your schedule for the times you want to work.
Open your dashboard and submit your profile for review.
Result
You have completed every step and your profile is with TrainerLink for review. After approval, you will be visible in the directory and clients can book sessions with you.

The checklist in your dashboard shows your progress, but you are bookable only when your account is approved, you are not suspended, your Stripe payouts are ready, and publication is not blocked.
