Connect Google Calendar in your settings under Connections. After you connect it, TrainerLink exports your open and booked time slots to a separate TrainerLink calendar in Google Calendar. You can refresh it manually with Sync now and disconnect the connection from the same place.
This applies when
- You want to see your TrainerLink schedule in your own calendar.
- You want to know exactly what is sent to your calendar.
- You want to disconnect or synchronise again.
Connect Google Calendar¶
Open your settings and go to the Connections section.
Start connecting to Google there and grant permission for the connection in Google's window.
After connecting, you return to Connections, where you can see the result of the connection.
Use Sync now to request an export. Then check the status and the last successful export in Connections.
Result
Google Calendar shows your TrainerLink time slots in a separate calendar. The export is one-way: TrainerLink does not read appointments from your other calendars, so it does not automatically prevent double-booking. Check your availability yourself. A queue may also contain appointments that will be exported later.
Private export, not a public calendar(Info)
This separate calendar is for you and contains only your open and booked time slots. Do not share it casually, so clients cannot see details about your schedule or bookings.
Want to stop synchronising? Disconnect Google Calendar in the same Connections section. Appointments already scheduled remain in place; disconnecting alone does not remove anything from your schedule.
