Payout failed? Here's how to recover

A failed payout is usually caused by incomplete Stripe verification. Complete verification under Business details and contact support if the problem continues.

When a payout fails, it is almost always because your Stripe status has not been fully approved: with restricted or rejected, TrainerLink cannot transfer the money. Resolve this by completing your verification in the Payout details panel under Business details. If you cannot resolve it or the payout keeps failing, email support@trainerlink.nl.

This applies when

  • A payout failed and the money did not reach your account.
  • Your earnings are ready, but no transfer is being made.

Restore verification

  1. Open the Payout details panel through Restore verification under Business details.

  2. Check which verification steps are still open or have been rejected, such as your business details or account details.

  3. Add the missing or rejected information and submit it again.

  4. Wait until your status shows payouts_active, with payouts_enabled on and transfers active. New payouts will then be processed normally again.

  5. Did it fail again afterwards? Email support@trainerlink.nl with the relevant date.

Do not keep retrying(Warning)

Do not keep requesting payouts while your status is still restricted or rejected; that will not solve the problem. The block is in the verification, not in the payout attempt itself.

Having trouble?

If the panel shows rejected, your verification was definitively rejected and you cannot restore it yourself. Contact support@trainerlink.nl to discuss what may be possible. If you see in_review, Stripe is still reviewing your update; waiting is enough.

Result

Your verification is complete and your status shows payouts_active, with payouts_enabled on and transfers active. New payouts from your earnings then go through without an error.
