Clients can leave a review after a paid booking with you has been completed; one review can be posted per booking. This makes reviews verified and ties them to real sessions. Your average score and review count are public and visible on your public profile.
This applies when
- You want to know when a client can review you.
- You want to know where your reviews are visible.
- You wonder why an expected review has not been posted yet.
When can a client review you?¶
A review is not an unlinked opinion: it always belongs to one specific booking. The conditions are clear:
- The booking must be completed and paid; only then does the review option appear.
- A client can leave exactly one review per booking.
- Reviews are therefore verified: they come from clients who actually attended a session with you.
Where are your reviews visible?¶
Your average score and the number of reviews you have received are shown on your public profile. Together with your services and availability, they are an important factor for clients choosing a trainer.
Policy
TrainerLink may moderate reviews as described in the Terms, so that ratings on the platform remain reliable.
Result
Completed sessions produce verified reviews that are visible on your public profile together with your average score.
Having trouble?
Did your client say they posted a review, but you cannot see it? Check that the related booking is completed and paid and that this is not a second review for the same booking; that is not allowed. If the review is still missing or something is incorrect, contact support from the relevant booking.
