Cancellation rules and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund, between 24 and 6 hours for 50 percent, and within 6 hours there is no automatic refund.

The earlier you cancel, the more you get back: the full amount when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, half between 24 and 6 hours in advance, and no automatic refund within 6 hours of the start.

This applies when

You want to know how much a cancellation will refund.
You want to know what happens if you do not show up or the trainer is absent.
You want to check the rules that apply to your booking.

The standard time windows¶

At least 24 hours in advance: a full refund of the amount paid.
Between 24 and 6 hours in advance: a 50 percent refund.
Less than 6 hours in advance: no automatic refund; the case is then reviewed manually.

Policy

This is the standard policy from Article 20 of the General Terms and Conditions. The rules recorded in the snapshot for your booking are the source of truth. Group bookings, packages and open classes may show their own time windows.

How to check your window¶

Open your bookings overview and select the relevant booking.
Review the rules shown for the booking; they show your current window and the corresponding refund amount.
Cancel only after you agree with that amount.

No-show and absent trainer¶

Did you fail to show up without cancelling in time? Normally, there is no refund. If your trainer does not show up, you may receive a full refund and compensation. Always report such a situation through support from the booking so we can review it.

Having trouble?¶

Does the awarded amount not match the rules shown, or has a refund not started? Contact support from the booking. Include the date, time and amount you expected so we can quickly check what was recorded.
