Open the Check-in page and scan the code your trainer shows using the QR for client check-in button. You can do this until 30 minutes after your session's end time.
This applies when
- Your booking is confirmed and the session is about to start or has started.
- Your trainer is ready to record your attendance.
- You want to know what to do if scanning fails.
How scanning works¶
Arrive on time for your session. Your trainer can see from your booking that you are there.
When you arrive, the trainer shows a QR code using the QR for client check-in button.
Open the Check-in page in the app or browser and scan the code shown by your trainer.
Your check-in is recorded. The trainer then completes the session in the system.
Result
Your attendance is recorded on the booking and the session can be completed as agreed. The record belongs to this one booking; it does not carry over to other appointments with the same trainer.
Check-in gives the trainer and client a fair record of each other's attendance. If you will be late, tell your trainer beforehand; they can still show the code until after the end time.
Having trouble?
Can you not scan the code, for example because your camera or connection is having trouble? Ask for a manual confirmation. The trainer requests the confirmation and you confirm it from your own account. Scanning remains possible until 30 minutes after the end time; after that, manual confirmation is the only option.
Do you question the attendance record?(Info)
Is the recorded attendance incorrect? Dispute it through support from the booking within 24 hours after completion. Include the date, time and what you believe happened.
