Complete all checklist steps first, then submit your profile from your dashboard. Your status changes to pending until TrainerLink reviews your account.

Submit your profile from your dashboard after completing every checklist step. Your status then changes to pending until TrainerLink has reviewed your account.

This applies when

You have almost completed your checklist and want to submit it.
You want to know what happens after you submit.

Submit from your dashboard¶

Open your dashboard and review your setup checklist.
Go through the five steps: Complete your profile, Check your KVK, Add a service, Connect Stripe, and Set availability. Open the right place for each step and complete it.
Once every step is complete, use the submission action in your setup workspace to submit your profile for review.
Then check your status in your dashboard: it should now be pending.

Result

Your profile has been submitted and your status is pending. TrainerLink will review your account; see the article about trainer statuses to learn what each outcome means.

Having trouble?

Is the submit button unavailable or greyed out? A checklist step is usually still incomplete. Open the checklist in your dashboard to see which step is still open. Complete it through the relevant settings: your profile, Business details, Services and prices, or your schedule. If the button remains unavailable even though everything appears complete, refresh the page and check that your Stripe connection in the Payout details panel is complete. If you still cannot submit, email support@trainerlink.nl with a brief description of your situation.
