How do I book with the same trainer again?

Open your trainer's profile or an earlier booking, choose a new available time and complete the payment straight away.

Want to train with the same trainer again? Open their profile or an earlier booking and choose a new available time there. The new individual booking goes straight to payment. After a successful payment, the session appears as confirmed in your overview.

This applies when

You have trained with this trainer before and want to plan a new session.
Your previous session has ended or was cancelled and you want to continue.

How to book again¶

Find your trainer through the search page, or open an earlier booking in your bookings and go from there to the profile.
On the profile, choose a new available time that works for you.
Choose Book now. If the temporary price check has expired, first refresh the current price.
Complete the payment straight away through the action on your booking page.

Result

Your new booking is separate from the previous one, with its own date, time and status. After a successful payment, the new session appears as confirmed in your overview.

Each booking therefore has its own payment. If the payment deadline expires, the status on the booking page determines whether you can try again. An earlier appointment, whether completed or cancelled, remains separate from your new booking.

Are you using a session package or accepting a rebooking invitation? The flow may differ and a new iDEAL payment may be skipped. Always follow the status and available action on the booking page.

Do not confuse this with rescheduling: if you want to move an existing booking to another time, use the article about rescheduling a booking. Booking again leaves the old appointment as it is and simply creates a new one alongside it.
