Book an individual session with a trainer

Choose a trainer, service and available time slot. Your booking goes straight to payment; after a successful payment, the session is confirmed.

Choose a trainer, service and available time slot. TrainerLink holds the slot for payment and takes you to checkout. After a successful payment, the session appears as confirmed in your bookings. The trainer does not need to approve the booking first.

You can book instantly when

  • the trainer offers a bookable service with a price.
  • a time slot is available on your chosen date and time.
  • you are booking an individual session.

How to book a session

  1. Find a trainer through the search page. Filter by city, speciality, target group, distance and price.

  2. Open the trainer's profile and choose the service you want. Then select a date and time slot from the available times.

  3. Check the overview before booking: trainer, service, date, time, location and total price.

  4. Choose Book now. Has the booking window expired? Refresh the page and try again.

  5. Complete the payment and your booking is confirmed.

Having trouble?

Did the payment fail, or is the time slot no longer available? Open the booking page and follow the action shown there. Read more in the article about a failed payment.
