How long is my time slot reserved?

After you choose Book now, you go straight to payment. Your booking page shows whether the time slot is held temporarily and which deadline applies.

After you choose Book now, you go straight to payment; the trainer does not need to approve anything. Your booking page shows whether the time slot is being held temporarily and which deadline applies. After a successful payment, the booking is confirmed.

This applies when

You want to know how much time you have to pay.
Your booking is awaiting payment.

Where can you see the deadline?¶

As soon as you choose Book now, TrainerLink holds the time slot for payment. The booking page shows the payment action and, when a temporary reservation applies, the current deadline. The displayed deadline is the source of truth.

Open your booking through your bookings overview.
Does the booking say awaiting payment? Start iDEAL and complete the payment through the displayed payment action.

Result

After a successful payment, the booking shows the confirmed status.

If the deadline expires¶

Having trouble?

When the payment reservation expires, the status changes to payment expired. Choose Retry payment only when the booking page shows that action; check the new status and deadline. A new attempt does not automatically extend or reset the active deadline.

Follow the displayed deadline(Info)

A temporary price check can expire before you choose Book now; refresh the page to see the current price. After booking, the status and any deadline on the booking page are the source of truth.

Is your payment taking longer to process than expected? The status may remain pending for a while; read the article about a pending payment. If the payment fails, follow the action on the booking page and read the article about a failed payment. The status on the booking page remains the source of truth.
